Who doesn’t know good health is absolutely important in life? If I tell you I will give you a million dollars, give me your good health – will there be any takers?
Though all of us know good health is important, why is it that all of us lose this precious possession sometimes in life?
What affects our health?
There are various factors which may affect our health; some of them are as follows:
Personal Factors
A person’s health is in his own hands. We can stay healthy by following some simple rules.
We must eat a well balanced diet.
The food that we eat should be fresh and hygienic.
We should also maintain hygiene around us to avoid any infection.
We should not overwork ourselves and must take some rest.
We should exercise regularly.
