  1. 703 X weight divided by height squared
  2. English BMI Formula:
    BMI = ( Weight in Pounds / ( Height in inches ) x ( Height in inches ) ) x 703

    Metric BMI Formula:
    BMI = ( Weight in Kilograms / ( Height in Meters ) x ( Height in Meters ) )

  3. go to www.webmd.com/diet/default.htm
    there you'll see the tool in which you plug in your info (not much).
  4. weight/(height squared)
    with weight in kilograms and height in metres
    e.g someone 80kg and 1.8m would be 80/(1.8*1.8)
